Overview

Four corporate sites built over the same period for related automotive companies: Moin Khodro, Barsavosh, Nami Khodro and Emdad Khodro. Each has its own brand and content, but the underlying needs — responsive marketing pages, service listings, contact and location flows — were close enough to share.

The problem

Four near-identical sites is a maintenance trap. Copy-paste the first one three times and every later fix has to be applied four times, usually by whoever notices the bug last.

Approach

• Extracted the shared layout, navigation and content-block patterns into reusable components rather than forking each site from the previous one.
• Kept brand differences to a theme layer — colour, type and imagery — so structural fixes land everywhere.
• Built responsively from the start, since the majority of traffic to these sites is mobile.

What shipped

• Four production corporate sites sharing one component foundation.
• Brand variation isolated to a theme layer.

Outcome

Structural improvements applied once reached all four sites, which is the entire reason the shared foundation was worth building.
